The Hall of Justice was the second base of operations for the Justice League. Following it's destruction during the battle between Superman and Doomsday it is currently undergoing reconstruction.
The Hall of Justice was the new base of operations for the Justice League as a gift for protecting Earth during the "Darkseid Invasion". It is partly funded by Bruce Wayne through the Wayne Foundation and through United Nations grants. It has been joked by Wonder Woman that merchandise sold based on herself could be a contribution towards the budget of the League.
Construction on the the Hall of Justice began shortly after the Justice League's founding. It was nearing completion during the "Atlantian Crisis". Until it was ready, The league temporarily used S.T.A.R. Labs as their base of operations.
Shortly after being completed, the Hall of Justice was attacked by Lex Luthor and the Legion of Doom. All league members except for Green Lantern and Shazam defended the hall. They were defeated with the assistance of Damian Wayne who set the Batwing to collide with a Weather Wizard who was possessed by one of Trigon's wraiths.
The League assembled at the Hall of Justice to discuss the strange occurrences around the world of seeing "Paranormal Activity". All the members including the newly inducted Hawkman & Martian Manhunter were in attendance. John Stewart, the new Green Lantern of Earth was there as Hal Jordan had temporally switched sectors with him on Oa for a week. Batman claimed that the league in order to understand criminal insanity as well as magic that they should spend more time operating on the streets instead of flying over them before promptly leaving. Stewart commented that Batman was "even more friendlier than they say".
After Doomsday arrived on Earth and decimated the Justice League, he was killed outside the collapsed Hall of Justice by Superman who was also killed during the encounter. The Hall of Justice is currently undergoing reconstruction following Superman's funeral and Doomsday's body being taken into the custody of S.T.A.R. Labs.
