Barbara Minerva was a super-villain named Cheetah, with feline characteristics who usually fights her arch-enemy, Wonder Woman.
Biography[]
Justice League vs. Teen Titans[]
She was recruited to the Legion of Doom by Lex Luthor and participated in the attack on the Hall of Justice on the night of its unveiling. Cheetah and Wonder Woman fought one on one. After several strikes, Cheetah jumped over her and ran into a parking structure. Wonder Woman searched and asked her to surrender peacefully rather than end the battle in violence. Cheetah leaped down from above and attacked. She managed to leap onto Wonder Woman's shoulders and slashed her back. As Cheetah leapt away, Wonder Woman lassoed her legs and slammed her onto the roof of a car.
The Death of Superman[]

During a training session, Cheetah appears as a hologram, next to Metallo, in a training of Wonder Woman and Superman. She was easily dominated by Wonder Woman and destroyed with a blow.
Wonder Woman: Bloodlines []
When Diana, Steve Trevor and Etta Candy arrived outside Pasiphae temple to find the location of Themyscira, Cheetah had already arrived before them. A fight begins between the feline and the fallen princess while Steve and Etta go to the temple, which does not interest Cheetah who targets only Wonder Woman. After a hard fight, Cheetah succeeded in scratching Diana's cheek before getting hit and then buried under pillars by the amazon. Trapped but not reluctantly defeated, Cheetah reveals that she has joined a criminal organization made up of the worst enemies of Wonder Woman before injecting a serum which transforms her into a stronger and wilder version of herself. Now even more and having acquired a speed higher than his old enemy, Cheetah takes the top on Wonder Woman, inflicting several injuries on her. Mocking the amazon to be too slow, Cheetah charges her again but it turns out to be her loss when Wonder Woman manages to throw her in the Javelin before locking it from the inside to limit her speed. A moment later, Cheetah is tied up and returned to her normal form before being left there by Wonder Woman. Annoyed she cries to Diana that she has no right to leave her like that until the lasso of truth forces her to say that she totally deserves her situation. Cheetah is apparently delivered to authority after that.
Justice League Dark: Apokolips War[]
Two years after the Justice League's failed invasion of Apokolips and deaths of the Teen Titans, Cheetah is seen on Stryker's Island in Metropolis, now a member of the Suicide Squad which is led by Harley Quinn after the death of Amanda Waller. Cheetah, along with the rest of her team, join the remaining heroe's efforts in destroying Apokolips, accompanying them to LexCorp to fight their way to the boom tube.
During the fight against LexCorp's many soldiers, Cheetah is eventually gunned down as the group make their way to the top floor where the boom tube was located.

- Superhuman Agility: Cheetah is extremely agile, managing to dodge several hits of Wonder Woman and jump great heights.
- Superhuman Speed: Cheetah is unnaturally swift, being fast enough to blitz Wonder Woman with several attacks per second.
- Superhuman Strength: Although notably inferior to that of Wonder Woman, Cheetah still possesses strength higher than an average human, allowing her to fight even against Diana.
- Superhuman Durability: Cheetah is durable enough to endure blows form Wonder Woman
- Claws: Cheetah has claws sharp enough to tear the skin of Wonder Woman.
